1932 Ford - Matchbox white and green
I can't believe I have not posted in either of the two new blogs in a month as of tomorrow. I've been so busy with cards, plus a week away from the computer, and time just slips away.
So, here's a look at a vintage Matchbox car I've got lots of great memories of. I don't remember when or where I got it, I've had it as long as I can remember. I have more than a few versions of this tooling and I like them all.

Matchbox 1992 Brett Bodine - 1st NASCAR
Although I would not become a NASCAR fan until 12/26/92, this was actually my first NASCAR car in my collection, purchased sometime in summer 1992, solely for the fact that it was green, my favorite color. I wouldn't learn for months that the driver was Brett Bodine. The car has always been an important one for me ever since.
